Building documentation for a fintech product presents unique challenges. Not only do you have to explain complex financial concepts, but you also have to ensure absolute accuracy, compliance with regulations, and security best practices.
The Onboarding Challenge
When we first started scaling, our biggest bottleneck was onboarding new partners. Our API was powerful, but the documentation was scattered across PDFs, internal wikis, and an outdated developer portal.
